Shipping Policy – CalFree

1) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen operational constraints.

2) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable pincodes in India. If your location is non-serviceable, our team will contact you to suggest an alternative or issue a refund.

3) Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Other locations: 4–9 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or cart page.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct at the time of ordering. CalFree is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7) Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or phone not reachable, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping can be arranged after address confirmation; additional shipping charges may apply.

8) Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9) Packaging & Handling

All orders are packed securely to minimize transit damage. Please do not accept a delivery if the package appears tampered with; refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

10) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations can be requested before dispatch only.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

11) Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately based on stock availability or warehouse location. You’ll receive separate tracking details if applicable.

12) International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

13) Taxes

All prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the product and checkout pages. Any octroi or local charges (if any) are borne by the customer.
