At CalFree, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the consumable nature of our products, we only offer returns and refunds in limited cases.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product you received is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong product from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.

2. Refund Process

• If your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product at no extra cost.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

3. How to Request a Return/Refund

If you have received a defective or wrong product:

• Provide your order number, product details, and clear images of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Change of mind or dislike of taste after purchase.
• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
