5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
• Refunds or replacements will be provided only in cases of:
  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong product delivered
• Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at calfreeteam@gmail.com with order details and images.
• Cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
